Formerly known as Letters to my Daughters, Catching Foxes is a podcast inspired by the timeless wisdom of Song of Solomon 2:15. Here, foxes symbolize the complexities, challenges, and chaos that can disrupt our lives, marriages, and families. In each episode, we dive deep into exploring these foxes and discuss strategies to recognize, confront, and overcome them. Our goal is to empower women to protect their ‘vineyards’- ensuring they remain in bloom, even amidst life’s unpredictable trials.
